HPK has been cooperated with GE's Grid since 2006, started from providing porcelain insulators to AREVA, then to ALSTOM and GE, in the last 14 years, HPK has been always the most important supplier of porcelain insulators for GE's Grid Global Supply Chain. HPK's products to GE are mostly porcelain hollows for Circuit breaker, Instrument transformer, Transformer and GIS, covered the voltage level from 110kV to 800kV. The average providing quantity is around 24,000 pcs per year.

HPK's new expanded production line for bushing started operating in June, 2019. The new production line is located in Liling Economic Development Zone, it covers an area of 3,120 square meters, owns 2 Dust-free workshops of 300,000 clean level and 57 sets of various equipment. Before expanding the bushing production line, HPK had a small one in Hengyang city, which opened in 2015.

PK is the largest porcelain hollow manufacture worldwide, and is one of the few insulator suppliers who can provide assemble bushing.

ABB, SIEMENS, GE, SIEYUAN, TAIKAI are the main customers for HPK bushing. Started from 2016, HPK has already provided more than 8,500 pcs of porcelain bushings and composite bushings to them, based on the capacity of more than 10,000 pcs per year, HPK is looking forward to cooperating with more OEM worldwide for both porcelain bushing and composite bushing.

HPK is committed to provide more types of insulator solutions for global power, to fulfill the increasing demand of composite insulators, a new High-technology JV company named H&G insulator Co., Ltd was established. It’s the cooperation achievement of Liling HPK Insulator Technology Co., Ltd. and CYG insulator Co., LTD.

The new JV Company is located in Liling city, the first workshop covers an area of 3,120 squre meters, mainly producing composite hollow insulators (up to 550kV), Porcelain-Composite hollow insulators (up to 252kV), composite T&D line insulators and solid composite post insulators.

The new JV Company combined the advantages of HPK porcelain insulators and CYG composite insulators. CYG insulator Co., LTD. is a holding subsidiary of CYG group Limited (Stock Code: 600525). It’s a state-level high-tech enterprise specializing in producing composite insulators. Since it’s established in 1994, CYG insulator has now developed into a composite insulator enterprise with leading position on technology, quality, scale and technical equipment in China. CYG originated the multi-stage injection and integral forming technology in China, owned 45 national patents.

HUAXIN won the First Prize of Science and Technology Progress Award of State Grid Corporation of China.
The awarded programme is <The Resarch and Engineering Application of Ultra High Voltage Surger Arrester with High Seismic Resistance which can be used as Post Insulator also>.
The program was lead by Mr. Yang Xue Feng, the Chief Engineer of Huaxin Insulator.
The Magnitude 8 Seismic Resistance Test was done in Chongqing Jiaotong Science Testing Research Institusion.
The prise was arwarded in 2018.
The program won the <The Science and Technology Progress Award of China Power> also in 2018.
